Craig lived in Hawthorne from 1952 to 1959. There are a few photos of that time. It was during this time that Disneyland opened and the Dodgers moved from Brooklyn. There were beach cook outs, visits to Knott's Berry Farm, Marineland, San Diego Zoo, and Tijuana. 

After marriage, we occasionally traded a timeshare week for Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead. In 1988 we traded for Palm Springs and used that spot to visit Disneyland, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, and the Universal Theme Park. Much later, we bought a week at Newport Beach. We were there sporadically as we used that week to extend our time in Hawaii.
